Corporate training

Build capability where your business needs it most

Role-based SAP, database and AI training for your team, designed around your systems, data, objectives and schedule.

Overview

Training that fits the work your team actually does

Off-the-shelf courses often spend time on topics your team will never use and skip the ones that matter. Our corporate programs start with a discussion about roles, systems, current skill levels and the outcomes you need.

We then propose a program with the right depth, duration and exercises. Delivery can be onsite at your office, live online or a blend of both. Where appropriate, exercises use sanitised versions of your templates, reports or business scenarios.

Typical reasons teams contact us

  • A SAP Business One or S/4HANA rollout needs users and support staff to be ready.
  • Analysts and developers need stronger SQL Server or HANA skills.
  • Managers want a realistic, responsible introduction to AI.
  • Business teams want to use AI for reporting and productivity safely.
  • IT teams are evaluating AI integration and automation opportunities.
  • A department needs a consistent baseline before a larger transformation.
No placement or result guarantees: Training outcomes depend on participant engagement, prior experience, practice and organisational support. We do not guarantee job placement, promotion or specific business results.

What can be tailored

  • Audience: functional users, analysts, developers, managers or mixed cohorts.
  • Depth: awareness session, working-level training or intensive applied bootcamp.
  • Content: module selection and sequence based on your priorities.
  • Examples: industry and process scenarios relevant to your business.
  • Systems: exercises aligned to your approved SAP, database or AI environment where feasible.
  • Schedule: consecutive days, weekly sessions or a phased program.
  • Assessment: knowledge checks, practical tasks or exercise review.
  • Policies: your AI, data, confidentiality and access rules built into the sessions.
Environment and access: Using your live systems for training requires appropriate approvals, test data and access controls. Where live access is not appropriate, we use training environments or guided demonstrations.
Corporate FAQ

Questions from training managers

What is the minimum group size?
Corporate programs typically start at five participants, though smaller leadership or specialist sessions can be discussed. Final group size and pricing are confirmed after the scope discussion.
Can the program be delivered at our office?
Yes, onsite delivery is available subject to location and scheduling. Live online and hybrid formats are also available for distributed teams.
Can you use our own data and scenarios?
Where appropriate and approved, exercises can use sanitised versions of your templates, reports and business scenarios. Confidential or production data must be handled according to your policies.
Do you provide certificates?
We can provide a training participation record for corporate programs. We are not an official certification or accreditation body, and any vendor certification is booked separately with that provider.
How do you measure training effectiveness?
Depending on the program, we use participant feedback, trainer observations, practical exercise review and knowledge checks. We do not guarantee specific business results or employee performance outcomes.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes, confidentiality agreements can be discussed before sharing detailed business information, systems documentation or data.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on the scope, number of participants, delivery mode, duration, customisation effort and location. We share a proposal after understanding the requirement.
